Srishti organised a three-day workshop and conference on Applied IT in Textiles. The aim of the event was to explore the dynamic space that would be created, by the merging of rich textile traditions from India and the cutting edge IT industry.
The conference introduced artists, designers, technologists and students to the field of interactive textiles, electronic textiles and wearable computing that is changing the aesthetics and functions of textiles.
